It says on your webpage that you cover all kind of music, but it seems like 90% of everything you cover
is rock, punk or metal, why?
It’s true that we cover all kinds of music. However,
as we say on the front-page of this zine, we’re limited to whatever record-labels or independent bands chose to send
us, and for some reason punk, rock and metal-labels (and bands) seem to be more interesting in sending us their stuff, but
we do receive other music too, you know, like hip hop, dance, jazz, country, blues, pop, R&B etc. etc.
I
am in a band and I’d like to send you our new album/demo for a possible review?
Just send me an email and I’ll give you the address. The same
goes for record-labels We review everything we receive that is either on CD, tape or viny
How
much will it cost me to run an advertisement for my labels new releases?
Nothing. We do not
charge money for advertisements – they’re free. However, only bands and labels that provide Past and Present Music
with promotional material are going to get their advertisements in the zine. We do that in order to help the labels that help
us, but since there is limited space, we can only offer advertisements for a limited time.
